Between us we’d worked through plenty of the things that give recruitment a bad name, boilerplate briefs, ghosted candidates, fees chased ahead of fit, jobs filled to hit a number rather than to build a team.
KT & Coe is the alternative we always wanted to work with ourselves. A small, considered team. Two founders on every account. Honest conversations from the first call. And a long-term view of what a great hire really is, for the business and the person we’ve placed.
We’re based in Norwich and we work right across Norfolk and Suffolk, with a network that runs deep into the regional commercial market.

CO-FOUNDER
Katie is a recruitment professional with over 20 years of experience across both large agencies and boutique firms. In 2025, she co-founded her business with Tasha after working together for more than a decade, combining their expertise and shared values. Known for her personable approach, Katie is passionate about building lasting relationships and connecting candidates with the right opportunities while delivering exceptional results for clients. Outside of work, she is a busy mum of two, Teddy and Winnie, and enjoys running, family time, and following rugby.

Tasha
CO-FOUNDER
Tasha Coe is a recruitment professional with over 20 years of experience across corporate and boutique agencies. She launched her own agency to provide a more personal approach, helping businesses across Norfolk recruit roles from entry-level to senior hires. Known for her honest, people-first style, Tasha is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities and making the process straightforward for clients and candidates alike. Outside of work, she is a busy mum who enjoys meeting new people and unwinding with a spicy margarita when time allows.
